Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Sites you add: the domain, the details you enter, and verification status.
• Public files: copies of the public llms.txt and llms-full.txt files at listed sites, and whether our badge is present on the page you choose.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To run the directory, check listed files, send the emails you've asked for (listing live, file changed or broken, badge missing, billing), and keep the service secure. We don't sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run LLMs Ledger: Microsoft Azure (hosting), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email) and Google Analytics (site usage). Listings are public by design: the domain, title, description and the public llms.txt file are shown on the listing page.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We also use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site (pages visited, tools used, sign-ups and purchases), which sets its own cookies. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't send Google your name, email address or payment details. You can block analytics with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on.

Your choices

You can update your details or delete your account by emailing us. We delete account data within 30 days of a request, except where we must keep billing records by law.
